IntrovertedExtrovert is dedicated to doing our part to help out as much as possible during these trying times. For every sale, IntrovertedExtrovert is donating a portion of the proceeds to COVID-19 Relief Foundations that provide life-saving equipment to our healthcare workers on the front lines of the pandemic.

We would also like to address some of the concerns our customers have been voicing and hopefully answer any questions you might have. Please understand that the situation can change rapidly and we will do our best to keep this page updated as we hear more news about it.

Q. Are orders still being shipped? 

A. Yes! We are still processing and shipping hundreds of orders every day from our US warehouse. However, we are operating at a lower capacity to ensure the safety of our employees. Because of this, processing times are taking longer than normal.

Q. Can you guarantee that I will receive my order? 

A. We will 100% guarantee that you will receive the exact item(s) you ordered. For questions regarding your order, please contact Customer Support.

Q. When can I expect my order to be delivered?

A. During the pandemic, we are operating with a reduced number of staff to ensure the safety of our employees which is causing longer processing times than normal. Current processing times are 14-20 business days. Shipping to the US from our US factory is 3-4 business days. (See Shipping Info/FAQ page for exact details). We use USPS and other major shipping companies to deliver our packages that have stated that they will remain open during this time to fulfill shipments as they understand many people have been isolated to their homes and are shopping online more often than usual. They stated there may be some delays due to an increased volume of orders and a reduced number of employees sorting and delivering the packages.

Q. Should I be concerned that my package could carry the virus?

A. We are taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our customers as well as our employees while maintaining the quality of service you expect from us. However, we recommend taking any precautions you feel necessary to decontaminate all items received to your house during these times.
