Returns/Exchanges

All orders are scheduled for processing immediately after the order has been placed. We can not cancel an order once it has been scheduled for processing since they are hand-made for each order. We kindly ask that you please double check your cart before checking out. If a mistake has been made while placing your order, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request but there is no guarantee that we will be able to process a change.

In the unlikely event an item is damaged during shipping, we will gladly send out a replacement to the original address. We offer delivery insurance that will cover your package if it's lost or stolen during the shipping process, however, we can not refund orders for late delivery. Orders placed without delivery insurance will not be covered.
